Return Policy
- Include a copy of the Order Detail sheet, or the TAG number, for the merchandise in question with the return. Each carton should be numbered and should indicate the total number of cartons in the returns shipment (example: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.). Mark each carton RETURN CREDIT REQUEST.
- All merchandise returned must be in saleable condition.
- Products must be returned within 45 days of shipping date.
- Restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns.
- Any merchandise found unacceptable for credit will be returned or donated, at our discretion, to missionary causes.
Reasons For Non-Acceptance of Returns:
- Returned to First Place 4 Health in non-saleable condition. (Damaged, Store Price Stickers, Written On)
- Dated Material
- Out of Print
- Not First Place 4 Health Product
- Any returns resulting from our error must be accompanied by original Order Detail sheet or TAG number.
- To request credit or replacement of defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at 1-800-727-5223.

We can only give credit for merchandise received and in acceptable condition. Your credit will appear on your credit card within 5-7 working days of receipt of return.
