- 1 3-oz. sugar-free cherry Jell-O (or any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 medium unpeeled apple, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- Instructions
Put dry gelatin in a medium bowl. Pour in boiling water; stir for 2 minutes. Combine juice and cold water. Add to gelatin and stir. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Add apple and celery. Mix well. Refrigerate until set.
