- 4 (3-ounce) Vegetarian Burgers cut into strips
- 4 cups frozen, Chinese vegetables, thawed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki baste and glaze mixed with 2 teaspoons water
- 2 cups prepared brown rice
- Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute vegetables until crisp tender. Add burger strips and saute an additional 2 minutes. Coat with teriyaki mixture until heated throughout. Divide mixture evenly onto 4 plates with 1/2 cup rice each.
