She is a certified fitness instructor by American Council on Exercise, a Body and Soul Fitness Instructor, and Director of Development with First Place 4 Health. Beth Thompson, FP4H Regional Leader
Beth hails from Bismarck, ND, and says that she loves the extremes of the seasons. She and her husband, Daryl, have raised four uniquely wonderful children and at present have eight grandchildren. Beth began her journey with First Place for Health in 2009 and has led a group ever since. Putting Christ first is her goal every day. In the spring of 2018, Beth became a certified A.C.E. group fitness instructor and is currently leading Body and Soul Fitness classes at her church. During the day Beth is a mild-mannered elementary school librarian, but at night she turns into a crazy knitting machine. She loves to create unique yet practical items to wear and use for all ages.
