Wendy Vick, FP4H Networking Leader - In 2015, she enrolled in a bible study called First Place 4 Health.  She joined to participate in a good Christian based study and to make new social contacts.  If losing weight and being healthier was in the plan, it would be a bonus.  The first session she lost 14 pounds in 12 weeks by the end of the year she was at the lowest weight she can recall being at since middle school.

She became a leader for her own group and has now has branched out to being the Wisconsin Networking leader for First Place 4 Health.  Putting Christ first in our lives helps us find the balance needed for wellness.  She has worked for the past 23 years as a correctional nurse in various prisons in Wisconsin.  Currently she works at Waupun Correctional Institution, a maximum security prison.  She is married and helps her retired husband with running his pheasant hunting preserve on her days off.  In their free time, they enjoy the outdoors with their 2 dogs.
