Lisa Karnish, Networking Leader started leading a First Place 4 Health group 2014.  She’s already networking; multiplying groups at her church and helping another leader in DE start a group. She hosted a Wellness Rally in April of 2016 with forty-five in attendance.  Lisa’s life changed dramatically when she lost her late husband to cancer in 1998. At the time they had two children, three and five years old.  After his death, she desired to avoid chronic health disease and serve God all the days of her life.  In 2004, she sensed a call to ministry to help women with their wellness.  She became a Zumba instructor in 2012 at a local gym and then certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach with American Council on Exercise (ACE) in 2014.  In her search for a balanced plan to share the love of Christ, she discovered First Place 4 Health through a Christian Zumba online group.

Lisa’s newest endeavor is studying for the ACE, Health Coach Certification.  She is a retired ICU Registered Nurse.  She lives in Seaford, Delaware with her husband Joe, a Primary Care Physician. Her son is recently married and on his way to Med school.  Her daughter is a senior in college, studying bio-med with plans for extended study as a registered dietician.

Charlotte Davis Registered, Licensed Dietitian & FP4H Reigional Leader
Charlotte is the FP4H Networking Leader for the Arkansas area.  She has led FP4H groups in Arkansas churches for over 20 years--and never plans to stop.  God forever changed her life and her priorities when she started her first group in 1995.  Charlotte is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian and works as the Child Nutrition Director for an Arkansas public school district of 4100 students. She is the author of the soon to be released My Place for Nutrition. She married Tony Davis 28 years ago and they have two children.  Her favorite activities include spending time with her family, Praise Team, reading Christian literature, and creating & sending stamped greeting cards.

All are welcome. This workshop will encourage, equip, and empower you!  You’ll enjoy a great time of fellowship with other FP4H members and area leaders.
