Are you too tired to eat healthy?  When you get home from work, do you just stare in the pantry and wonder what to make?  Our schedules are so busy, mealtimes become just one more thing on the to-do list.  We eat on the run, even standing up!  Lisa Lewis, author of Healthy Happy Cooking, joins us for a day of learning practical tips for getting a meal on the table fast.  Let's get back to the table and enjoy our time with family and friends with good, wholesome, delicious meals that don't take all day in the kitchen.

We want to help you make healthy living a priority in your life.  We'll have some real-life stories of success, easy exercise demos and fun and fellowship.  Join us!

Lisa Lewis, Author, Healthy Happy Cooking
Lisa Lewis is the First Place 4 Health Chief Operating Officer, overseeing publishing, social media and day-to-day operating functions of the First Place 4 Health office.  Lisa's cooking skills have been a part of FP4H wellness weeks and other events for many years. She provided recipes for 12 of the First Place 4 Health Bible studies and is author of Healthy Happy Cooking released December, 2016.  She is dedicated to bringing people together around the dinner table with healthy, delicious meals that are easy to prepare. 

Jennifer Krogh is an individual with a passion for helping people on their journey toward wholeness. She has facilitated Christian weight management groups for over 24 years and currently leads FP4H & exercise groups at her church. Jennifer is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and loves having opportunities to encourage others in their pursuit of living a healthy lifestyle.

Wendy Vick, joined FP4H in 2015 to be part of a bible study and if she could lose weight too, what a bonus it would be.  She released 14 pounds surpassing her initial 10 pound weight loss goal.  In 2016, she broke off from her member role and started leading a group at her church.  She maintains her weight release and has a passion for putting Christ first in her life.  In 2017, she is expanding her role in FP4H as a NWL for Wisconsin.  She is married with a hunting dog and works as a RN in a prison.


All are welcome. This workshop will encourage, equip, and empower you!  You’ll enjoy a great time of fellowship with other FP4H members and area leaders.

*Movement Minutes: 3-4 minutes of safe and effective physical movement for every fitness level. All Choreographed to inspirational and encouraging Christian contemporary music. Caring for the health of your body — and your soul.
